Problem with Game or pc?

recently, I run a game named, Shadows hearts ( RPG), emulator last version, and the game runs slow, about 27 fps max, but in battle mode, the game run to 100 fps+

My PC

AMD Apu 3650 2,6 hgz (quad core)
Corsair vengeance 16 Gb running 1333 mhz ( they run to 1600mhz in dual channel)
Sapphire Hd 6870 1gb
----------------------------------
Power Supply corsair 600 watts .
etc
etc
etc.

if anyone can help me would be very grateful to know why run too slow.

Yeah known problem, run it on software mode. It doesn't look much better on HW mode since they use pre-rendered background anyway.
