Problem with PCSX2 (all versions)
#1
Hello,

I tried to resolve my problem for 1 week but I still can't figure out what's is the problem. I've tried many version of PCSX2 and I've done a lot of research but it doesn't work.

PCSX2 crashes every 15 min with every games. First, I though it was the game but I tried FFX, FFX_2, dot Hack GU 1,2,3 and Persona 3 and all of them crash after 15 min.
I checked the emulog.txt but there is nothing wrong.

I have to switch from my game controller pad to my keyboard, do a quick save and reload PCSX2.

If anyone has some tips to resolve my problem, I will be grateful Smile

Thanks.

Here is my emuLog.txt :

I have the same problem with PCSX2 0.9.6 and the beta 1736.

Check you taskmanagers "performance" tab while running a game.
Does the total ram usage increase steadily, until it's all filled up (and crashes then) ?

No, it's stable.

What is your settings?

Try without microVU and no speedhacks if you enabled any.

If you can't run beta try to install microsoft visual C++ sp1 sometimes after installing from newest beta installer this is not installing, try to download it and install

I just tried without microVU and it's still the same.
I don't play with speedhacks.

Most of the settings parameters are set to the default value.

Your log shows several save states and loading...are you doing those yourself?
In GSdx disable 8 bit textures and disable the persona gamefix (just to be sure). Check your lilypad settings to see if you have configured it properly
