Problem with Ratchet And Clank

Hello everybody! I'm french so please forgive my bad english^^

So, I downloaded ratchet and clank (the first one) and i run it with pcsx2-4980, with the speedhack for quadricore. This version of pcsx2 could run FFX-2 without problem (at 50 fps), but I don't understand why racthet and clank is so slow, only 25-35 fps sometimes... Do I need to change anything in my settings?

My plugins:

GS: GSdx 4979 (MSVC 16.00, SSE41) 0.1.16 [GSdx32-SSE4-r4979] with direct 3D10 (HARDWARE) in native mode.

My speedhacks:

EE cyclerate at lvl 2
INTC spin detection and wait loop detection enabled
VU Cycle Stealing at lvl 2
mVU Flag Hack and MTVU enabled
