Set CDVD to No Disc and do Fast\Full boot and check inside Browser in card 1

Everything checked and I think everything is ok.
I also created new memcards just in case. There you have memcard1 and memcard2.

Hmm,no idea, the game works fine here.
It just freezes for few seconds and then I can press X to continue

Try the latest beta
https://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/
Just for the test the only thing you need to do after extracting it(anywhere)is no press Next on everything, tell pcsx2 where your bios is and run the game
Just to be sure, set the X and O buttons to your keyboard and run the game

For XInput controllers lilypad don't even need to be configured

Ok, with this last beta, it works!
I have the same BIOS and plugins and it finally works. I will play with this beta version.
I play the game with xbox360 controller and works.
Thank you so much buddy!

It might be a bug in the older versions and the latest GIT build must have fixed it. Anyways, always try out the latest build before asking for support. Most likely the problem would be rectified by then.
