Problem with The Urbz Sim In the City

Well as the title suggests, I can't seem to play at all when I load the Iso & Cd it's not even giving me a title screen it sits on black and doesn't go anywhere else

I've tried it under native and my custom resolution as well

AFAIK, this game isn't compatible with pcsx2 yet.

Looks playable in the compatibility list. Any errors showing in your PCSX2 log?
