Problem with a kingdom hearts 2 final mix

Hi I just had a freezing problem on khs2 final mix and its when you get the puzzle piece at Merlin's house and every time when I try to get it , it always freezes but the sound still plays . I am playing it on the pscx2 and its an ISo file and this problem is the only problem I have had besides the invisible hp bars ( I already fixed )

So is there anyone who could help me out please I would really appreciate it
