Problem with fps....
Hi guys, I was playing a new iso that i got and to be honest, its the only game that I have that has the lowest fps, (6 fps). Somehow when I was configuring, I increased it to 10 fps is there any way that I could bring up the frames just a bit more? By the way, how do you adjust the resolution when using Direct3D10 (Software)?

I know my hardware isnt the greatest but there has got to be some config tweaks

Toshiba Sat. C650D

AMD Athlon ™ II P320 Dual Core Processor 2.10 ghz

AMD Radeon HD 4200 Graphics

4.00 GB RAM (3.74 Usable)

I am using pcsx2 1.0.0

Thanks for your time
