Problem with loading cheats for xenosaga episode 1

ive been attempting to get cheats onto my xenosaga episode 1 save file so i dont struggle with boss fights but when booting up the game, it says 0 cheats from my pnach file are loaded. I took this pnach file from someone else who said it worked and have yet to see it work with my game

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

heres the emulog but also heres specifically where it says the cheats arent loading from the console

i was honestly thinking the undub was the issue, not sure how to take the patch out

when i downloaded the game it was the undub version so im assuming the patch was included in the full download, which is why i'm unfamiliar with how to undownload it
