Problem with program setting

i have a problem with setting on the program PCSX2 1.0.0
i tried more settings & The guide here but games has a lag
i need to play Pes13 on my Lab Top

So i need a help to re put the correct setting to my lab top

Samsung NP300E5X-S01
Windows 7 Ultimate
Intel® Core™ i5 Processor 3210M (2.50GHz )
4GB DDR3 System Memory at 1,600MHz (4GB x 1)
NVIDIA® GeForce® 610M Graphics, Optimus™ technology 1GB

Gt610 is quite weak but not so, mess up with speedhacks like put ee and vu sliders to 2 or 0.
