Try setting clamping mode to extra and round mode to real .

Because he's not using the same revision.
Try the one he used and see if it works

I tried, and still doesn't work well. He also uses a 32 bit OS, could this be the problem?

Maybe you should revert back your pcsx2 settings to default, then.
I dont get any other idea.
