Problem with sly cooper pcsx2

I downloaded sly 2 and 3 in the European version and does not ask me to put the game files on the memory card, in fact I can only select the language and does not ask me to press start to play.Then I tried to download the game in American version and it works .. Would you like to tell me how to do it?
