Problem with starting a game

Hello, whenever I start a game I get stuck on this screen. Whenever I click on CDROM it loads for a short time and then I'm back to this screen.

Any suggestions welcome.

Well, My Question is have you loaded the Game ISO that was to be ripped from the Disk?
