i have, with all the directx settings, it's all the same =( without skipdraw it's the vertical lines and a slow game, with skipdraw, it's not vertical lines but a PLAYSTATION sign in white and no turn arrows, AND STILL SLOW Q.Q

Even with skipdraw 3 the game has this problem.
I'll leave a screenshot.

Try with the latest SVN revision and let us know if it's any different (make sure you're using the latest GSdx included with the packages):

I'm using PSCX2 0.9.9.5092 (SVN).
These are the plugins I'm using.

Yeah as I said make sure you use the GSdx plugin included with that package, should be GSdx 5092 too.
