Problems running Sly 3 - Honor Among Thieves

Hello! I've read the  "Will my System run PCSX2 thread" But I just can't seem to get anywhere.

So I recently downloaded the .iso of Sly 3 - Honor Among Thieves, but when I tried to optimize my settings (To the best of my knowledge) It was still running in a slow motion state. Here are my Computer Specs

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 

CPU: AMD FD8320FRHKBOX FX-8320 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition 

Power: Corsair CX600 CP-9020048-US 600W 

Mobo: ASUS TUF SABERTOOTH 990FX 

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 

I'd really like to play this game but I just can't seem to run it smoothly. I'd love some help and maybe an answer. Thanks :D
