Problems with any games

I downloaded, "The Warriors" and "Burnout 3 - Takedown"

they load up fine and everything but the sound is like laggy/jumpy crashy.. as is the actual game.. it lags when i move its unplayable.

I downloaded PCSX2 installed it. didn't change any settings used the ones that were already there, only thing i changed was the pad settings so i could use an xbox pad.

what can i do to fix the lag/sound problems?
