Problems with freezing and iso's

So i'm trying to use motioninjoy software to play games on pcsx2 1.0.0
I am aware i have to use the lilypad plugin with the "lilypad-motioninjoy.lily" and i am doing that, i am not sure which version of lilypad or motioninjoy i am using, my problem is that when i boot the game i'm trying to run (Champions of Norrath) It comes to this odd screen and freezes if i try to press anything.
my controller is working fine, i tested it in "Config > Controllers > plugins
> general, at the bottom "DX MotionINJoy virtual game controller.

I'm running the game by
"System > Reboot CDVD (Full) > Browse (and then i find my .iso game)"

It briefly says "playstation 2" Or something similar before it does that

then the screen freezes on this point after i press anything on my keyboard or even on my ps3 controller.

Any help would be appreciated.
I think it may have something to do with the fact i havent done anything to the iso files i downloaded? I wasn't exactly sure what to do with them, since i dont have a blank disk.
