Program freezes

Well, after following the guide and setting up some extra-stuff to make the program work (thanks Bositman), i now get another problem. It seems setting up PCSX2 is harder than i expected

Well im trying to run Gran Turismo 4 using PEOPS CDVD plugin. But just when i click Run/Execute PCSX2 crashes and not just that, it will also crash my windows explorer along with it -_-

Does anyone have experienced something similar? How can i fix it?

i think that's tha PAL version of GT4 (i might be wrong becuase i see the # 60 at top left ), also that was a 3rd-party build of pcsx2 0.9.5 beta 377 (which the pcsx2 team doesn't support)
