Program to make iso from my games.

I used imgburn to make copy of my game, but it stopped at 12 percent twice (my game have some scratches) so my question is whether is other program to make backup?, I have only 1 game and pcsx2 don't load it from disk, but my ps2 does, so I have to make iso.

there are a lot, but imgburn is problably one of the bests.
if your disc is scatched, i suggest you try repairing it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9_L9bGY1r8

Thanks kindly jesalvein for help, I used toothpaste for 10 min's and it went to 34 percent then stopped, so used deodorant stick for 10 min's and it went to 100 percent, so now I have working Gran Turismo 4 on my PC.
Everything setted to best settings for my PC (dx11, 3 times native, ps2 filter x16 without trims).
