Is the sound correct if you press tab?

I used v1.4.0 and the same GSdx and SPU2-X settings you posted, but I couldn't reproduce the issue.

Just tried activating "Allow 8b textures", set the renderer to Direct3D11 (Hardware), set the speedhacks as you said and still having same problem.

PD: It's true, sorry. Making the screenshots I realize the renderer was DX9 and tried changing to DX11, and I forgot to return to last configuration to make the second screenshot. I didn't made more changes than the renderer. I attach now an screenshot after the changes you said and the configuration.

EDIT: If I press Tab the sound goes really quickly, not correctly.

Hmm, that should not be slow anymore. In SPU2-X, can you change the Synchronization mode to ASync instead of Timestretch and see if it's constantly jumping? The sound should be normal speed again.

He tried that already. Maybe just revert all settings by deleting the ini-files? If flatout can not reproduce it the problem should be within your configuration.

I tried changing the Synchronization mode to ASync and nothing change, there's no jumping and the sound is still slow.

EDIT: Where are those .ini located?

probably c:\users\~\documents\pcsx2\ini

maybe move the ini's especially the lilypad ini that you don't need to reconfigure if it didn't help.

Also please provide the full emulog after you observed the issue.

Hmm, are you using an NTSC patch on that? No PAL game should be running at 60fps.

Yes, they should(as long as they have a 60hz mode).
