Ps3 Controller and Pcsx2

Hello, I just downloaded pcsx2 for my Mac yesterday running OS X. I downloaded the PS3 controller driver from Tattiebogle.net and am using zeroPAD. In the configuration area my PS3 controller is recognized and I am able to set buttons on zeroPAD as my PS3 buttons. When I started playing Kingdom Hearts 2 my buttons weren't registering correctly. Pause would work, and O = X ...finally when I can actually walk around all I could do is jump...with X. So I guess through all of this I would like to know how to calibrate my PS3 controller so analog works as well, and all my buttons of course
