Pscx2 running slow on some games on high end pc

My pc specs are
Amd quad core A8 6600K 3.9ghz
8gb ddr3 1600mhz
Nvidea gtx 660 2gb
800 watt psu
Windows 7

Basically some games work some games don't! Dragon Ball z budokai 3 works just fine with no tinkering with settings.

The Simpsons needed a speed hack but it runs smoothly at 60FPS

Now I've downloaded another game and it runs so slow. I've put the speed hacks to full and it runs at 25 FPS!! I have only changed speed hacks. I don't know what the rest of the settings are so I do not touch them. Some1 please help! I'm running pscx2 1.0.0
