Psycho Frame Rates

Hello everyone!

New here and I have been toying around with the pcs emu for about 5 days and my head hurts from trying to get it settled.

I have toyed with many options and I am currently lost, my frame rates can bounce between 40 to all the way to 200 fps. Kinda crazy right?

I currently run the following:
i5 quad core at 2.66
8 gigs DDR3 ram
HD radeon 6870 gpu

My pc is good and I can't get games playable because of crazy frame rates. Any help would be appreciated.

Press f4

When I do that is when the frame rates jump into the 160s and 200s. In God of war for example when i hit f4 it goes to about 65-80 fps when i don't it goes to 70-85 fps.

Press TAB and see if it goes down to normal speeds.

the limiter was on normal before, when i move it to turbo it kind acts funny, while on game play (def jam fight for ny) it moves slow on game play
