Does the issue happen when MTVU hack is disabled?

as I said before, i tried will ALL hack disable, so yes, MTVU too.

I see, thanks for checking it out. A block dump of the issue might be helpful to look into the issue. (You can find it under debug menu - there's an option to create a block dump)

sorry for answering so late, but i don't know how i'm suppose to do a block dump as pcsx2 totally crash when the problem occurs as soon as i choose ignore or yes in the assertion failure window, and if i choose no it just loop the assertion failure., by the way i've rounded the problem by playing with a second player, (just leave it and played the other character) as strange as it may looks the bug does not occurs with 2 players.
