Resolved: [Bug Report] Vertical Lines Error (Texture Shuffle)
#1
Exclamation
Hi All!

I am attempting to play the PAL games Gaelic Games Hurling and Gaelic Games Football 2 and am experiencing a strange vertical lines issue (known as channel shuffle?) on both. I have tested on version 1.4, as well as 1.5.0-dev2984, on OpenGL (Hardware) with the same results. When I attempt to run on OpenGL (Software) the problem is fixed, however the speed drops to 50% and lower. In this mode, I also attempted to raise the threads from 2 up until 6, with little to no improvement. I've also tested both Direct3D options with similar results.  All of the above scenarios have been run with Europe BIOS v1.60 and v2.00.
Below is an example of the error:

My specs:

Windows 10 64-bit
Intel Xeon W3550 3.07GH (Quad Core, 8 Thread)
6GB RAM
NVidia GTX 1050

I know these games are far from fan favorites, but any assistance with getting them to work would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

sound like a hw depth issue.

I tried that as well, no such luck.

Thank you for adding it to the known bug list so there is a better chance that it can be resolved. In the meantime I will attempt to figure out a workaround.
