Pushed [GSdx Hardware] TOCA Race Driver 2 [PAL]

***Emulation settings:*** "Safest" preset, no hacks.
***Plugins used:*** GSdx-AVX2, cddvdGigaherz
***Plugin settings:*** CRC Hack Level "None"

***CPU:*** Intel® Core™ i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz
***GPU:*** GeForce GTX 970 (Driver: NVIDIA 358.50)

#### Description
This is from demo disc SCED-52933 but it's also reported in the full versions. 
While using any HW renderer, in 3rd person view a translucent black box covers the player's car and its dynamic shadow appears to be broken.
Other cars passing through this box get their shadows turned into boxes too.
Setting the HW hack "Skip Draw" to 1 is a known workaround but it disables the player's car dynamic shadow and some other effects.
This bug is known in the wiki as "Broken Shadows".

OGL screenshots were taken with Accurate Date and Hardware Depth on, those are the defaults I think. If I switched to a D3D HW renderer, I'd get more garbage, the same with OGL if I turn off Hardware Depth.

Blending Unit Accuracy was on Ultra too.

Seems to be similar to the shadow issues on #895.

Managed to reproduce the issue, Skipdraw seems to help on all hardware mode renderers. (but not really the correct method to fix the bug ) - I'll push it in a minute after some tests
