Quake 3 revolution mipmapping

Pretty simple, in the latest development build 1.5.0 rev 2330, Quake 3 Revolution needs mipmapping enabled to look correct, but it does not auto apply mipmapping when auto option is selected from the GSDX drop down menu, basic option seems to work well.

P.S you'll need to make sure to have the right patches enabled to skip the intro otherwise the game won't boot, found in this thread https://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Quake-3-...#pid371363

P.P.S yes I'm aware this is the second worst way to play quake 3 (after the nokia n82, which I shamefully did back in the day), but that doesn't mean it doesn't deserve to be preserved Smile

I can add it to the code if it's needed, can you provide me with a gs dump while looking at the glitched parts ?

edit:nvm I already have a gs dump.
