Question about last beta svn

Hi to all!
Sorry I don't know if this is the right section to post, but I don't have visual studio and I would like to download the last beta version svn for windows, because I dont have the tool to recompile where can I find an exe compiled version? I have the old 888 stuck at september and metal gear solid substance still isn't playable, but it seems to be playable in the last beta version. Please someone can help me. Sorry for trouble.

We will not distribute any newer SVN betas, as the new GUI is still in development stages with tons of bugs. You could google and find some pre compiled stuff but you will get no support for these here.
