Question about recording sound

well, i would like to upload my gameplay videos on the youtube.. and don't know how..

i don't like to use the microphone because uhhhmmm... I just don't like..

soooo what can use to record the sound while playing?? i try to use the ZeroSPU2 to record the sounds but the output file is too big.. or can you tell me on how to make the size smaller??

Google for an audio converter tool to reduce the file size and convert the file you get from ZeroSPU2 to mp3 or mp4 or something

use windows movie maker? it supports .wav and will compress the audio and combine it will the video

I tried that already but the output file doesn't fit to the video when i combine them.. but tnx for that.
