Question on memory cards and savestates
#1
Let me start off by saying that this isn't really a problem, it's just slightly inconvenient. When playing Persona 3 I can only save to one slot, the 2nd 3rd etc. claim that there is no memory card and that the save failed. Is there a solution to this, or should I just let it be?

My second question involves save-states moving slots, recently (as in this morning) I believe I actually lost one...but that could just be human error. I'm assuming this is a corruption issue, is there anyway to try and prevent this from happening?

Thanks in advance for your time.

You can activate "Backup before save" under the System menu in PCSX2 0.9.8, that way you would at least something to back to in case of corruption.

Are you sure you have enough free space in your memory card?
Are you using 8mb card or bigger?
It is also possible that the card is already damaged.
