R Racing Evolution fix?

Hey - has anyone got a fix for the invisible cars yet?
There are YT videos with people playing the game just fine but nothing I do seems to fix it.
It's listed as compatible on Win 7, is my Windows 10 the issue?

I'm baffled here.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

I can do that no problem!
If it's a constant issue, when should I open the emuLog? After I close the game or during gameplay?
Also - are the entire contents of the file necessary or just a section?

I've tried every single renderer so I don't think that's it but I've seen that the fix for this issue was issued in 2017 so if my version is really from 2016 I think that's obviously the issue.
But I just got the windows installer from the website a couple of days ago - how do I go about updating my version if not via the installer?

 I used the ol' noggin' and figured it out.
My outdated version was the issue.
Everything is coming up Milhouse.
