Comments:
Game runs 30-40 fps, speedhacks help, but , MTVU, EE Cyclerate & VU Cycle stealing only help raise the framerate to 50fps temporarily. It seemed to slow down again with time.
Bugs:
No cars are visible(on track). All other objects are perfectly visible. Makes game hard to play. You can tell where cars in front of you are by watching their names floating in the air.
Tried both Stable and recent Git version, and software, hardware on DX9, DX11 & OpenGL. No difference.
