1) In CPU Setting i Have to enable all? [I have A X2 Core ATHOLN]
2) I Have to use Micro VU01/2 ?
3) EErec?
4) VUrecompilers?

2)MicruVU0 and 1 are new recompilers more compatible than the old ones but a bit slower. Enable them if you have problems with your game, it might fix them.

And if i enable Micro i have to disable VU0/1 ?

I just told you it's a bit slower, so obviously enabling them would give you lower speeds. Graphics problems,hangs etc
No, you just tick the extra 2 boxes
