Look in my SIG i have ALL in ONE C++ install that will solve all your C++ problems it will INSTALL all them with updated version instead of having to track down them all manual
Best to do fresh reboot then run the all in one installer ( with administrator rights in case your not admin already) it then proceed to uninstall all C++ on the system then INSTAL all C++ from, 2005 to current with newest version of all of them. if you still have problems then you have other problems on the system that are not c++
This is enduser all in one installer as far as i know, think programer you need something else

if it was virus im sure i would of been warned years ago considering i been tell people about this for years here and just recently added it to my sig so i dont have to dig up the link every time some one has C++ problem.
