Radiata Stories Blurry Issue

so im playing radiata stories with 3x resolution (1080p) all seems fine until i saw in-game cutscenes, sometimes they produce blurry image, it only happens on cutscene though when i try using native resolution the blurry image gone, but for me native resolution little bit jaggy (character etc) so im not a fan of native resolution is there anything that i can do to fix this blurry image (i already try gamefixes for tri ace games but the issues still there), im using pcsx2-v1.5.0-dev-3290 right now and while config the plugin i only change native resolution and adapter only, and here my PC specs

GTX 960 4GB
