Radiata Stories Crashes at Startup even with Game Fixes

Radiata Stories crashes at launch even with the recommended game fix. I would have tried the beta build linked to here but the link seems to be broken. Any help would be much appreciated.

I would but my new computer lacks an optical drive.

I suggest you re-dump your iso from another computer that has an optical drive, then.
That "TLB miss" error is quite meaningful.

Aw great, this is an ISO I dug out of a backup disc I made when I sold the PS2 and the few games I had to a friend. Is there really no way around this problem?
