If you compare those 2 pics you took, the one where you have the slowdown has some post-process effect that's even causing those thin vertical stripes. Basically only cutscenes are doing it, that's why it is slower.

Apparently Cutscenes and/or FMVs are one of the heavier parts of a game, or I might be wrong ofcourse Smile

u just need to adjust framelimiter

base adjust to 200%
slow motion 100%
turbo 300%

Speedhack EE-1 VU-0
tick wait for loop detection

sse4
direct3d9 hardware
tick 8 bit texture
tick texture filtering

tested on intel core i7 1.73ghz (4core) 4gb ram ATI HD 5470 (laptop)
games tested persona 3 fes achieve fps constant speed of 59 fps to 60fps!(fullscreen)
cutscene work 100% no lag

what's a skipdraw hack ?
what's the difference between 1 and 3 ?

the term of skipdraw is new to me so i really don't know the function of it

i tried it in GSDX and the event scene gained a few FPS although its still slow Sad
