Rally Championship [SLES 50763] with low FPS and half screen problems

I have an ISO of Rally Championship SLES 50763 PAL, but PCSX2 doesn't show me all the screen of the game. I see half of the menu I almost I can't see the car when a I play. Also I have low FPS without any reason in the game.

This rally game is playeable by 4 players at he same time with split screen. I need it :'(

I don't know what is the problem. I think that is a PCSX2 bug, but I'm not sure. I have played Final Fantasy X with PCSX2 without problems.

I use PCSX2 1.0r5350 and my PC is:
Athlon II X4 2.6GHz
2GB RAM DDR3
ATI HD 4200

I hope someone could help me with this please.
