i'm kindof curious as to why you have your plugins in a different drive

Did you forget to install the Visual Studio 2013 redistributable ?
you can Download it from Here

if the latest stable version doesn't work, you could try one of the newer svn versions from Here

sometimes the svn's fix things like stability or audio problems,

at the mo i'm using svn version r5904 which seems to work ok

where'as the latest feels a little sluggish

try TechPowerUp's gpu-z
