@Rezerd: No, I never tried that. I will when im back at my apartment. Im @ class atm so I acn't do anythnig xD

Did you try to run as Admin? Or check your CPU clock (when emulating) with CPU-Z?
Ya know, mobile i7 quads do rely heavily on their Turbo Boosts for a decent clockrate. If your mobile Sandy Bridge is anything like my desktop one, then you too may rarely (if ever) get your full Boost. Let's hope this is not the case for your's.

Maybe it doesn't hurt to check, but has performance been different in other games, and by that I mean non PCSX2 games, but native PC games. Doesn't hurt to get rid of a possibility of hardware defect.

check the temps with coretemp or Hiwmonitor
