Hello again, guys. Long time ago I created this thread about my problem, that seem'd to be resolved that time. After completing FFX I stopped using emu for today, just to notice what my problem is back. And now for real. Ouch, even persona bosses gave me less trouble than this. : \
Okay, enough offtop.
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
CPU: AMD Phenomâ„¢ II X4 955 Processor (4 CPUs), 3.2GHz
RAM: 4GB
GPU: Nvidia 560Ti GTX 1024 Mb
None of this overclocked or overheating.
PCSX2 0.9.9 r5037
GSdx 5065 0.1.16 SSE2 r5065
SPU2-X r5025 2.0.0
EE/IOP/VUs at default settings
Speedhacks
Just got a Star Ocean Till The End Of Time.
Problems noticed:
Random FPS drops in FMVs, dialogs, at start of battles, in inventory browsing or even if I just walk around (most rarely, but still annoying).
A tried to switch plugins, hacks, compiler settings. Nothing seems to affect this. Moreover I noticed this:
1.Just loaded game, FPS max, EE at 50-60%.

2.First battle from moment of loading, no fps drops yet, EE at 60-70%.

3.Just finished that battle, but when I go back to travelling (when screen changes from battle to..eh..travelling), comes out that FPS drop and EE goes up to 100%. It's not always happening, that's why I wondering.

4.I start second battle and at the moment that it just starts - here comes another FPS drop and EE goes up too. This is occurs most of time, most annoying, but it's not always happening.

So it seems problem somehow related to EE...eh..thingy. I tried to use EE Cyclerate hack, but no dice. Overall FPS is great (it's a PAL), but it's just come out randomly for 1-2 secs and goes off. It happens not only for Star Ocean, but for all games, I mentioned them in old thread.
I would be really happy, if someone helps me defeat that mysterious matter. Send you a balalaika, perhaps. : \

Noticed one thing:
If I fight one battle after loading a game it's always not have fps drops. And if I reset recompiler somehow (I just switching one of speedhacks on and off) - next battle won't have fps drops too. That trick worked for me in FFX before, but having to reset recomp after each battle is pretty annoying too.
