Random Lag Spikes

I usually get random lag spikes, just for like 1 second , could having a turbo processor do this?
should i disable it?

I'd say it's more probable a C4-C5 state triggering because of the low overall load of PCSX2 on your CPU (I guess you have a quad or a dual core with hyperthreading). It could also be turbo boost, make some tests and see what happens
