Mhh when i press F4 the speed goes to 150% and the game is crazy fast. But the FPS will go above 60.

Well then if your game does 60 with the limiter on, that is the natural speed of the game, so that's what you want. But that also proves that vsync isn't enabled.

Ahh i see. No point in upgrading my PC i belive, so i guess it will be a cheaper option just to buy the PS2 again because i have the original game.
