Ratchet & Clank 3 Up Your Arsenal Cheats Not Working

Hello, I am posting on this thread in hopes of receiving help or directions on how I should get the cheats working for the PCSX2 emulator. I have been attempting to use the cheat codes from this link (https://www.almarsguides.com/retro/walkt...deBreaker/); followed the instructions accordingly via the guide that they posted on their website. I have attempted to use one cheat from each category as a test, however it failed, despite cheats enabled resulting in the game loading as normal. 

Here is a sample of my .pnach that I have entered into the PCSX2 cheat directory:

game=rc3
comment=rc3

//CodeBreaker MasterCode
patch=1,EE,9012F420,extended,00832021

//Have Ryno
patch=1,EE,93D3B8B9,extended,D2D3BEC4


//Super Fast Bolt Gain
patch=1,EE,E2538F3B,extended,F5325EE9

//Unlimited RYNO Ammo
patch=1,EE,D3A816D2,extended,6CB53CE2
