Is there any plugin that fixes this problem textures of this game?

In the scenario also does the same thing happens in character, is there any solution for this?

gsdx software mode gets rid of graphics glitches in this game for me. (press F9 whilst playing)

Actually corrects the defect, but the game slows down and loses lots of quality graphics, there's another solution?
