Ratchet & Clank: Deadlocked/Gladiator missing textures and red bars

Hi,

I can't seem to find a configuration for R&C: Deadlocked (from ISO) which is playable.

When I play with Direct3D11 HW mode I get red bars and missing textures.
   

With Direct3D11 SW mode the red bars disappear but it doesn't do anything about the missing and colorless textures.
   

With Direct3D9 (SW & HW) and OpenGL (SW & HW) the render freezes.

I have tinkered around with speedhacks and they don't seem to have an effect on the bars and textures.

PCSX2 version 1.4.0
CPU: [email protected]
GPU: Intel HD 620
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (Build 17134.829)

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

After closing PCSX2 a few times and restarting it actually seems to work now. I don't know what changed but here's the emulog anyway if it might help someone in the future.

upgrading to latest GIT build should be your solution anyways.

Use latest Git/Development build (linked in my signature) and enable Disable Depth Emulation in the GSdx advanced hardware hacks.

tnx man, this switch helped a lot!

also, another setting in advanced GSdx hardware hacks is useful to fix glow displacements in Ratchet gladiator if you want to use using higher internal resolution rendering: set Half-pixel Offset to Special (Texture).

i use 3x Native and Direct3D 11 hardware mode on AMD Radeon 7970 and play the game quite thoroughly. with those two settings in build v1.5.0-dev-3221-g66487b18e (2019-08-04 14:36:45) it now works perfectly in 1080p - very much enjoyable experience!
