Ratchet & Clank games aren't showing FMV's

As stated above, the videos on the Ratchet games aren't working correctly for me. Specifically the one at the start of Ratchet 2, and the one after the file select of Ratchet 1. The intro to Ratchet 1 seems to work flawlessly (at 480p on a 4k monitor, but that's emulation for ya). I'm not sure what's wrong, or what the issue is.

I followed a suggestion I saw on Reddit to switch to Vulcan, and it hasn't changed a thing.

For Context, I downloaded PCSX2 in the first place to play the Sly trilogy, which has been performing flawlessly for me. I'm aware that Ratchet is hard to emulate, and did some funky stuff with the original hardware's Ram IIRC.

Please help me out, if you're able to!

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

From the start of the long loading time, I waited about a minute to see if it improved anything. Didn't change a thing, but here's the log.

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
