weird.
you shouldnt get lags under 90%...
That said, you cpu is quite used there, since the EE% is @ 80%

honestly i'm not going to change my processor for now, because i'm waiting the amd Bulldozer FX series
when i will buy a 8 core processor

then the best way to avoid lags is to use your PS2 Wink
