Ratchet & Clank on my Pc.

Hello everyone, I try to ask a question even if the answer may seem obvious.
After doing various tests I managed to find the best configuration (so to speak) to play Ratchet & Clank.
Here is my pc: 2Gb ram, HD 3850, Core Duo E8200.
Now, I set "Hardware" with "8Bit" texture, I have the hacks all activated and I can even make 60Fps at some point. Only that in many other areas the game is slow and unplayable. Is there anything wrong with settings, or can i do this as much as possible?

Thanks for the quick answer; i imagined it. I try to hear some other answer to see if anything can be done.

There really isn't anything you can do besides a new PC. Rac still hits hard even on fairly high end PCs
