Hello, ive been testing deadlocked on pcsx2 1.5 dev build, im using the PAL version so i cant reach 60 fps but whatevs, problem is, since me and a friend of mine wanted to play this game in COOP splitscreen to re-live all the good memories from this game, i tried doing some testing and the results...are bad
Fps still appears to be 50, so no changes from single player
Problem is, while pcsx2 says they are 50, they really arent, it feels like im getting less than 30,
i tried lowering resolution to native but there are no changes
I will do some testing on a NTSC version of the game as soon as i have time
Specs
GTX 860m (yes im on a laptop)
i7-4720HQ 2.60 ghz 8cpus
16gb RAM

veen if you have a good CPU, that's to be expected.
R & C series are demanding, and a split screen 2 players mode will be even more demanding.
I guess you're using speedhacks.
FYI, they tend to fake the fps counter.
One thing to try, though : set windows power plan to performance mode and make sure AC power is plugged in.
No need to buy the PAL version just to test it out. you'll get the same results. keep your money.

I see, thanks for the tip, but i already use performance mode
Any workarounds? I assume my cpu isnt that great :\

UPDATE: testing on Ntsc and it runs better but not good, annoying

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
