Ratchet Deadlocked is locked to 30fps when coop is activated

Title. Finally Ratchet and Clank games work without broken textures so I thought I would play the game again with my friend, but I just noticed that in coop it runs at 30fps (or 25 since I'm using the PAL version, idk...) and I remembered that it worked like this even on the ps2...

With the emulators for Gamecube and Wii you can enable 60fps by using some codes, is it possible here too? It would be really cool... thanks in advance (and sorry for my bad english)

This is for the NTSC version, but it may work on the PAL version too (read the notes).
